Wild Apricot is a Canadian web-based software for trade unions, funds, small associations and other non-profits.
Mobile devices didn’t provide means for effective use of this product. We’ve solved this problem by producing an iPhone app. Now organization administrators can manage membership through their smartphones.
Adding new contacts
A manager can add new organization members to the contact list. He specifies membership levels and fees. All contacts are arranged into groups according to membership levels.
You can access unified contact database both through the website and the app.
Event registration
An event administrator adds event members and confirms registrants. He specifies their registration types and keeps track of payment balance.
Member profile
Event administrators can add some information about event members in their profiles. Administrators can specify members’ meal choice, clothing size or number of member’s guests.
